Brand & Asset Data: When you create a brand profile, we collect your brand name, website URL, description, and any image assets (mascots, characters, logos) you upload.

Generated Content: We store AI-generated videos, prompts, voiceover text, captions, and metadata created through the platform.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and generation history.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not directly store your credit card details. We retain transaction records (amounts, dates, credit purchases) for your account history.

4. AI-Generated Content

Reelmate uses third-party AI services (including large language models and video synthesis APIs) to generate content. Your brand assets and prompts are sent to these services for processing. Generated videos and text are stored on our platform. We do not use your private content to train AI models, but third-party providers may have their own data policies.

5. Public Content

When you mark videos or brand assets as "public," they become visible to all users on the Reelmate feed and leaderboard. Public brand assets may be used by other users to generate content. You can change the visibility of your content at any time.

6. Data Sharing

We may share your information with:

• AI Service Providers: To generate video content and analyze brand websites
• Stripe: To process payments securely
• Resend: To deliver verification emails
• Hosting Providers: To store and serve your content

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Verification codes are automatically deleted after use or expiration (10 minutes).

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session management with httpOnly cookies, and role-based database access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
